1. Acceptance

By using https://syndicai.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Syndicai sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (registration details: NIP PL5252840185, KRS 0000865681).

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or our systems;
  • introduce malware, automated scrapers, or denial-of-service traffic;

We reserve the right to suspend access to the Site at any time, without notice, for security or maintenance reasons.

4. Engagements with Syndicai

The Site is an informational and contact channel. Any commercial engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Syndicai sp. z o.o.. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, contract, or warranty of services.

Pricing ranges shown on the Site are indicative. Final pricing is established after a paid discovery sprint or equivalent scoping exercise.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, code samples, images, design — is © Syndicai unless explicitly attributed otherwise. You may share excerpts with attribution and a link back. Bulk reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Information published in our blog (Insights) is for general guidance and does not constitute professional advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syndicai sp. z o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Kraków, Poland.
