  • If there's a fit, we propose a fixed-scope discovery sprint with a budget.

    Written follow-up

    Within 24 hours of the call, you get a written summary: what we heard, where we see the work, and a rough scope and budget range for the discovery sprint.

  3. 03

    Discovery sprint

    Two-week fixed-scope engagement. Working prototype on your data, architecture decision record, and a scoped proposal for the next phase.
