Careers
We hire rarely. We collaborate often.
Syndicai is a small, founder-led engineering practice. Client systems are built by a core team and senior engineering partners who join per project — not by a bench.
That model is deliberate. Dealers and distributors trust us with the quoting, stock, and service systems their revenue runs on — so the people building them have shipped production systems before, or they are not on the project.

The model
Project partners, not headcount.
- 01
Scoped per engagement
StructurePartners join for a defined phase with a defined role — architecture, build, or operations. Scope, rate, and time commitment are agreed in writing before the first commit.
- 02
Direct to the problem
WorkNo account layers between you and the work. You collaborate with the founder on the client’s actual problem: a price-list ingestion path, a warehouse availability model, an ERP integration that must not break.
- 03
Long arcs
HorizonThe systems we build stay in production for years. Partners who stay across phases carry the operating retainers — the steady, technically deep end of the work.
- Senior, shipped
You have carried a system to production and operated it afterwards. Titles matter less than what stayed running.
- At home in legacy
Dealer ERPs, factory price lists in PDF, warehouses run on spreadsheets. Real constraints interest you more than greenfield purity.
- Writes clearly
Remote collaboration across EU and US time zones runs on written decisions — architecture records, runbooks, honest status notes.
- AI, soberly
You reach for AI where it demonstrably earns its keep — and for boring, reliable software everywhere else.

When a role opens, it will be listed here — with scope, rate range, and time commitment stated up front.
If the model above sounds like your kind of work, don’t wait for a listing: introduce yourself — what you’ve shipped, what you want to build.
