1.1. The website available at https://syndicai.co (the “Website”) is operated by Syndicai sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warszawa (the “Company”), address: ul. Chmielna 9, 00-021 Warszawa, Poland.

2. Nature of the information
2.1. The Website presents the Company's business and services relating to the design, development and maintenance of artificial intelligence systems for enterprises. It is intended for businesses, rather than consumers or children.
2.2. The Website's content is provided for information and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Any prices and budget ranges are indicative. The scope, remuneration and terms of cooperation are determined in a separate written agreement.
2.3. Articles, explanations of terms and other materials do not constitute individual legal advice or other professional advice.
3. Rights in content
3.1. The Website's content is legally protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Use of protected materials beyond the limits of legally permitted use requires the rights holder's permission.
3.2. Clients' trade marks and logos belong to their respective owners. They are displayed for information, in particular to identify clients and testimonials. Their inclusion does not grant users any right to use them.
4. Use of the Website and contact form
4.1. This section sets out the terms for the provision of electronic services: access to the Website's content and the “Book a discovery call” form for submitting business enquiries, both free of charge. Use of these services does not require registration.
4.2. Technical requirements comprise a device with Internet access and an up-to-date web browser supporting JavaScript and, for the contact form, a working email address.
4.3. Providing unlawful content and using the Website in a manner that disrupts its operation, in particular automatically submitting unsolicited enquiries, are prohibited.
4.4. The agreement for the provision of the relevant electronic service is concluded when the user begins using it and terminates when the user stops using it or, in the case of the form, when the enquiry has been transmitted.
4.5. After submission, the user receives a confirmation email containing a copy of their answers and an explanation of the next steps. The Company responds to the enquiry within one business day. Submitting the form does not conclude an agreement for the delivery of a project or confirm a time for a call.
4.6. Complaints concerning the operation of the Website or form may be sent to contact@syndicai.co, with a description of the problem and an address for the reply. The Company considers complaints and responds without undue delay.

5. External links
5.1. The Website contains ordinary links to third-party websites. Upon visiting such a website, its operator's terms apply.
5.2. The Company is not liable for the content of third-party websites, subject to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6.2. Use of the Website is governed by Polish law. Disputes with businesses shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered office, to the extent that the law permits such an arrangement. This provision does not limit the protection afforded to consumers or other persons covered by mandatory protective provisions.
